Everything about this company is absolutely wonderful. Paula is the sweetest, most informative jewelry buyer I have ever spoken to. She made me feel so comfortable and I can’t thank her enough for that. Shipping my jewelry was much less scary than I thought it would be too. Everything is tracked and insured, plus my package arrived the next morning after I dropped it off. I didn’t even have time to worry!
This company went above and beyond. I spoke with Paula and within minutes she explained to me many things about my diamond that I didn’t know. She was so friendly, yet educated, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I knew they were the real deal, professional and more importantly honest. I will certainly be doing business with them again!
Paula Dabney was so incredibly great to work with. Pleasant, knowledgeable, empathetic, and courteous. She did (exactly) what she said she would. I would not hesitate to use this company again, or recommend to family and friends.

Charleston was discovered in 1670 when the first English settlers arrived in South Carolina. It was named Charles Towne after the English king Charles II. Charleston has a fascinating history. In the late 1600s, it was a commercial center of trade for indigo and rice. In 1718, the famed pirate Blackbeard showed up in Charleston harbor and proceeded to wreak havoc on the town. He took several ships full of people hostage. Instead of gold he demanded medicine. Then governor Robert Johnson, quickly delivered a 400 pound chest of medicine to the ill and disease-ridden band of outlaws. During the American Revolution, Charleston established the first Provincial Congress in Carolina, and established statehood for South Carolina. In the height of the American revolution in 1780-1782 Charleston was captured by the British. Once recaptured, it was renamed Charleston. South Carolina was the first state to secede, and Charleston was the catalyst to the Civil War when federally held Fort Sumter was captured by the Confederates, and the first shots of the Civil War were fired.
Today, Charleston has a population of around 130,000. It’s home to many historical sites, including the still-standing Fort Sumter, The College of Charleston, which is the nation’s first public college; and the oldest museum in the United States, Charleston Museum, founded in 1773 (3 years before the United States even existed). Charleston is located on a peninsula surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. Around 300 dolphins reside year round in the Charleston area, and they frolic so close to shore that they can be observed with the naked eye. The symbol of hospitality in Charleston is the pineapple, this dates back to the Colonial days when ship captains would place pineapples outside their home to alert friends and family that they had made it back safely.
